1. Agreement

By accessing this website or using ZeInfoTech POS, you agree to these Terms of Service, provided by ZeInfoTech.

2. Use of the Software

ZeInfoTech POS is licensed, not sold. A valid license/activation key is required for continued use of the desktop application beyond any evaluation period.

3. Your Data

All business data (sales, inventory, customers, purchases) created within the application belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your business records.

4. Availability

The application is designed to function offline; however, cloud sync, WordPress integration, and related network features depend on your own infrastructure being reachable.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is". ZeInfoTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
